JOSE ENRIQUE PALMA NAVEA
Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Lima, in practice since 1989, with Masters and Doctorate studies at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and broad experience in Civil-Property Law, Corporate Law, Bankruptcy and Real Estate Business. He was the former Legal Director of the leading shopping mall in Perú (CC Jockey Plaza) and head of the legal management department of Altas Cumbres Group in Perú. Furthermore, he has been member of the Bankruptcy Court of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI). Currently, he is Professor at the Law Department of Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
Member of the list of arbiters of the Arbitration Centers of Lima Chamber of Commerce, American Chamber of Commerce AmCham – Perú, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Colegio de Abogados de Lima.
